Quarter One

The first sport we took in Physical Education was Volleyball. I think that this sport is the hardest sport that we took in Physical Education because it makes the front of your arms very sore, but at the first time we develop strong arms that are very useful.

As we started to play Volleyball, every time I serve the ball I would always feel pain in my arms, but as I go on and play Volleyball my arms get stronger, therefore, I have more confidence in myself.

Volleyball is played with two teams. There is usually 2 attackers, 2 midfielders (I think that’s what there called) and two-three back players, so each team has a possibility number of 6 to 8 players. The objective of Volleyball is to serve the ball to the other side of the court over the net, and then attempt to get a point by not letting the other team touch it on their side.

I think volleyball was a very fun but complicated sport at the same time because it requires arm muscles and good foot muscles because it requires you to jump into the air and the serve which for me is a very hard thing for me to do.
