Quarter Two

In Quarter Two we mostly took chapter three which we talked about the mains points about
  • Make responds and requests
  • Ask others what they need to tell and what you need
  • Tell what you'd like and what you'd like to do
  • Get someone's attention
  • Ask for information
  • and finally, Express and respond to thanks
The first section of chapter 3 we learned school and office essentials such as notebooks, pencils, pens, paper, books, bags, and so on, and got tested on the words in French. On the next page (page 80-81) we learned how to pronounce and define the pronouns Un, Une, and Des. on page 82 we learned how to ask people what they need or what we need. As you go on to Section two of Chapter 3 you start to know more about office/school materials such as, shorts, shoes, library books, CD's, Jeans, computers, wallets, and watches. One page 85 you learn the adjectives Ce, Cet, and Cette which usually means these or those. On the next you learn about the colors and how they are written.

Then finally we come to section 3 and then finally we learn the numbers again. But this time we took the numbers from 60-201 but we can count higher than 200 now because there is a system and we can easily to 999. The last thing we learned in Chapter 3 was how to get the attention of a clerk or a store owner and how as how much an object was and then of course, compliment the clerk or the store manger.

I think that Chapter 3 taught us essentials of what people need and to communicate freely in French to a person and tell and ask them the things that they need and ask what the price and so on.
